OK, so I bought avocadoes and coconut milk today. Going to stick with cast iron, however; being menopausal and vegetarian makes me really aware of everywhere that I get iron. Cast-iron cookware truly does help.

Received my order today. Wow. Pressed-flower invoice stationery is just too fabulous! And thank you so much for the 'extra'; I could use a little help on some of those fronts.

Morning feelgood? Quarter-to-third teaspoon of _local_ honey in a cup of quality tea (usually something EqualExchange, often black). After it's gotten strong, add one ice cube (made with filtered water) to get to just the right drinking temperature.
